SERVICES

Failure to properly handle immigration matters can have a serious, negative impact on a person’s ability to immigrate for the rest of their life. Thus, it is extremely important to ensure that the client receives quality immigration law representation.

Rose Immigration Law takes pride in our services and firmly believes in taking the time to get to know each potential client and the specific facts of their case. As such, we offer personalized services to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Our services include but are not limited to:

FAMILY-BASED IMMIGRATION

We enjoy being a part of helping a family stay together or reunite in the U.S. We help with these and other family-based immigration matters:

  • Adjustment of Status (green card from within the U.S.)

  • Consular Processing (green card processed outside the U.S.)

  • I-751 Petitions to Remove the Conditions of the Green Card (joint and exception cases)

  • Interviews before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

SPECIAL IMMIGRATION JUVENILE STATUS

Young persons who not residing with their parents due to abuse, abandonment or neglect, may qualify to process lawful permanent residence (green card). It can be a complicated process that takes time. We assist with the entire process, from filing a guardianship petition in Probate Court to filing the I-360 and Adjustment of Status with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

ASYLUM

For persons who have come to the United States fleeing persecution in their home country, it is important to contact an attorney immediately. We are here to help applicants in filing affirmative asylum applications with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

U VISA PETITIONS

Many undocumented persons have been victims of crime in the United States. If the victim has also cooperated with law enforcement in the investigation of the crime, the victim may be eligible to apply for the U visa. We have helped many immigrants obtain the U visa. We also handle the I-929 petition to include family members who never processed a U visa

VISA WAIVERS

Some green card cases cannot be approved without a waiver. We handle all waivers, including:

Unlawful Presence (I-601A)

Fraud Waiver (I-601)

Smuggling Waiver (I-601)

Waiver to forgive past crimes (I-601)

These waivers are needed for cases processed both inside the U.S. (by USCIS) and outside of the U.S. (Consular cases)

DACA

For persons who meet the requirements and are renewing their DACA status, we are happy to assist. We also handle representation for DACA Advance Parole (travel permit) that allows the applicant to travel outside the U.S. for a humanitarian or other important reason.

NATURALIZATION AND CITIZENSHIP

If you are a lawful permanent resident who is considering applying for naturalization, we are available to represent you in this process. This includes consulting with you about the specific facts of your case, filing the N-400 application for you, preparing you for the English and civics exams and attending interviews before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

If you have parents who are U.S. Citizens or who naturalized when you were a minor, you may be a U.S. Citizen. We are available to represent you in establishing your U.S. Citizenship by filing a Form N-600, application for U.S. citizenship certificate or filing a U.S. passport before the Department of State.

NON-IMMIGRANT VISAS

We handle all non-immigrant visa applications, including employment-based applications.
